Privacy notice

This is a translation of the Italian notice. If the two versions differ, the Italian version prevails.

1. Data controller

StrategIT Consult ("AIVolve" brand), registered office at Foro Buonaparte 55, 20121 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT no. IT12075160965, REA MI-2722202. Email: hello@aivolve.it. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed.

2. Data we process, purposes and legal bases

a) Browsing the site. When you visit aivolve.it, the hosting provider's servers automatically record some technical data: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and operating system, referrer. This data is used only to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in making the site available and protecting it (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

b) Contact by email. If you write to hello@aivolve.it, we process the data you send us (name, email address, company, message content) to reply and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use profiling or advertising cookies, visitor statistics or third-party tracking tools.

3. Providing your data

Browsing data is needed to display the site. Data for contacts is optional, but without it we cannot reply to you.

4. Recipients and processors

Data is processed by the controller and by providers appointed as processors (Art. 28 GDPR):

Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and delivery of the site;
Register.it S.p.A. (Italy): the hello@aivolve.it mailbox.

Data is not sold or disclosed to the public. It may be shared with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Cloudflare is based in the United States and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Transfers rely on the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Decision (EU) 2023/1795), for certified providers, and on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission (Decision (EU) 2021/914) (Arts. 45-46 GDPR).

6. Retention

Technical browsing logs: for as long as needed to deliver and protect the site, under the hosting provider's policies.
Emails that do not lead to a contract: up to 24 months from the last contact.
If a contract follows: for the duration of the relationship and then for 10 years, for civil and tax obligations (Art. 2220 of the Italian Civil Code).

7. Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to hello@aivolve.it.

8. Complaints

If you believe the processing breaches the GDPR, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of the EU country where you live or work (Art. 77 GDPR).

9. Cookies and technical tools

The site does not set cookies and does not read information on your device for tracking purposes. The site's scripts only power interface features (menu, animations, video loading) and are served from our own domain. The hosting provider may use technical cookies that are strictly necessary for the site's security. The link to LinkedIn opens a third-party site, which has its own privacy notices and cookies. For this reason no cookie banner is needed.

10. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
